Your Role: Involved in all planning and scheduling functions including the development, maintenance, update, and analysis of integrated schedules for engineering and procurement projects.Ensure regular status updates documenting schedule performance, critical paths, and forecast analysis are provided to the responsible managers.Use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.Monitor and analyze resource utilization.Report on project costs against baseline budgets, alerting the project teams to cost performance.Interface with internal project teams for collecting status and progress updates.Interface with clients on schedule, cost, and status reporting.Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.Additional duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.5-10 years of experience in project controls.AACE or PMP Certification an asset.Previous experience in engineering consulting an asset.Engineering or Technical educational background an asset.Understanding of Earned Value analysis and Progress Measurement.Proficient with MS Project and Primavera P6, as well as Excel, and Word.Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and oral communication skills.Detail oriented and can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
