Job Description We’re looking for a Retail Store Coordinator to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Drive operational excellence in areas such as visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing. Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations, providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment. Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and training associates on service policies and procedures. Train and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement. Enhance the store’s brand and value strategy by creating eye‑catching merchandise displays in key areas. About You 1–2 years of retail or service experience, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes. Collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships. Strong task management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
