The manager will be one of 4 managers, that would oversee a provincial payroll team with staff located in North, Rural, Saskatoon, and Regina, ensuring standardization of processes while addressing localized operational needs. The Payroll Manager is responsible for stabilizing payroll systems, resolving escalated payroll issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also plays a critical part in providing proactive guidance to operational leaders, addressing payroll-related challenges, and aligning payroll practices with SHAs strategic vision to support patient-first care delivery. Experience Three (3) years leadership experience in the specific department/area/program Experience as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning 5 years experience in Payroll or Human Resources Education Human Resources diploma Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Human Resources certificate Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) Bachelor of Finance (BF) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Competencies Advanced - Interpersonal skills Advanced - Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by examp...
