How about joining a leading company in specialty hardware in North America, publicly traded and with continuous growth for 50 years Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Outside Sales Representative for our Moncton, New-Brunswick branch. Responsibilities Sales Development: Prospect new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers in your territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Richelieu’s full product line, including hardware solutions for woodworking, construction, and other related industries. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with clients to close sales. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maximizing profitability. Market Intelligence: Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in outside sales and/or business development with strong skills to canvas new opportunities. (3 to 5 years) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the hardware industry and related products is a plus. The individual should also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (specific to Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word) College Degree in Marketing or a related field would be an asset.
