Reporting to the Associate Director of Web Development, you will ensure that marketing strategies align with technical capabilities while driving engagement and operational efficiency, and shape how marketing technology integrates with our broader digital ecosystem. What will you do? Lead coordination with development teams to integrate digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer data management systems Drive the development and deployment of web pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets ensuring optimal user experience Direct quality assurance testing on page builds to ensure deliverables meet specifications, brand standards, and functional requirements Oversee operational aspects of marketing campaigns from concept through execution, tracking performance and implementing optimizations Serve as Scrum Master for marketing-related development projects, maintaining project backlogs, facilitating agile practices, and removing roadblocks Act as liaison between technical and marketing teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications What do you need to succeed?
