The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate in Corporate Communications to join our Corporate Communications & Marketing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies to engage our advisors and employees with enterprise initiatives, provide everyday communications support for the department, and help raise our brand profile with a range of stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of communication initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Manage channel distribution lists and ensure effective delivery of timely communications to desired audiences.
  • Provide communication support on technology, change, and transformation programs.
  • Undertake research for purposes of communications, as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of compelling content and multimedia assets, including video.
  • Support content planning and execution for corporate digital channels.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity.
  • Support internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment.
  • Manage internal communications channels, ensuring timely and relevant content for the advisor network and employees.
  • Deliver timely communication of key business initiatives and organizational updates to employees.
  • Develop an earned media strategy to promote thought leadership, including reports by research analysts and strategists.
  • Monitor, track, measure, and report media activities on a regular basis.
  • Arrange media interviews, as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations as needed.

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing communication plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in digital communications and social media platforms.
  • Publishing skills.
  • French proficiency is an asset but not a requirement.
