What You’ll Do Manage and support a team of Technical Support Specialists, level 1 to level 3, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support. Hold regular one‑to‑one meetings with your team, coaching and developing them to achieve both performance and career goals. Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring technical challenges are resolved quickly and effectively. Collaborate closely with global support, sales, and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions and an outstanding customer experience. Provide your team with the resources, training, and guidance needed for success, while streamlining processes across departments. Implement process improvements and documentation updates to meet the demands of a fast‑growing organisation. Contribute to the strategy for growing SOTI’s footprint in Romania and EMEA, playing a key role in establishing and scaling our operations in the region. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum 3+ years of technical support management experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem‑solving abilities, strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard‑working, fast‑learner, self‑motivated, results‑oriented). Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS). Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases. Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions is an asset. Any experience with Microsoft SQL.
