Outside Sales Representative, Applied HVACJoin Master’s Applied Sales Team as an Outside Sales Representative, Applied HVAC in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on promoting and selling HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment and solutions to commercial and industrial clients.What You Will AccomplishAssess customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC equipment and solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients across various sectors.Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.Collaborate with Consulting Engineers and contractors to support HVAC system design.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.Address contractual and technical customer issues promptly.Visit construction sites to evaluate product applications and resolve site issues.Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software.Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the customer base.Attend regular product training sessions to enhance product knowledge.What You Bring to Our TeamRelevant University or College degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/Instrumentation, Energy Systems, or related field.Prior experience in HVAC industry or a similar technical sales role.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.Compensation InformationBase Salary Range: $70,000 – $120,000 annually. Supplemental pay may include commission and annual bonus.
