As a wealth management advisor, you’ll develop lasting, trusting relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction and help them achieve their financial goals. You’ll provide tailored advice, recommend investment, loan, and insurance solutions, and maintain a balanced focus on client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. Responsibilities Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and work with them to identify expected outcomes. Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, and follow up to identify improvement opportunities. Stay current on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices. Participate in outreach activities and represent Desjardins in the community. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum of one year of relevant experience (other combinations may be considered). Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers. Knowledge of French and current financial, economic, political, and legislative events. Knowledge of debt management and compliance with legislation regarding the distribution of financial products and services.
