We’re seeking a sharp recruiting coordinator to tackle the hiring needs from various angles and allow our recruiting team to soar. We are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive team and we need someone on our growing team who shares these valuesWhat You\'ll DoDeliver a positive candidate experience for the teams you’ll support; ensure that each candidate has a thorough understanding of the company cultureOwn scheduling for initial and onsite stage interviews for aligned functionsGreet candidates and deliver a consistent and positive candidate experienceSupport scaling of interviewer operations as needed (e.g. maintain interviewer training, interviewer quality improvement, etc.)Develop partnerships with Recruiters & Interviewers to ensure a best-in-class candidate experienceMaintain a solid understanding of Affirm’s history, multiple products, new features, and core valuesWhat we Look ForInterest in technology and startupsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with executive team on recruiting matters clearly and conciselyAdapts well to change and new scenarios6+ months of experience working in high growth and fast-paced environmentsPassionate about talent acquisition as a functionExperience working with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferredExperience with scheduling tools, Prelude preferredExperience working with Google Calendar preferredPay Grade - DEquity Grade - 1Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)CAN base pay range per year: $55,000 - $75,000 (Equivalent to the hourly wage range)#LI-RemoteAffirm is proud to be a remote-first company The majority of our roles are remote and you can work almost anywhere within the country of employment. Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
