We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who’s the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll make sure interviews happen on time, communication is clear, and candidates have an excellent experience from the first message to offer. If you’re someone who loves bringing order to chaos, spots mistakes others miss, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences, this might be the perfect fit for you. What You’ll Do Scheduling interviews across multiple roles, clients, and time zones Posting and refreshing job ads across LinkedIn and other platforms Reviewing job descriptions and creating scorecards Preparing and sending offers Keeping candidate records and stages accurate in Ashby Managing communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams (both phone and email) Troubleshooting scheduling or process challenges to keep things on track Helping refine workflows, templates, and reports for smoother operations Creating an amazing candidate experience throughout every interaction Who You Are You’re the type of person who makes things happen.
