The Alternative Care Manager is responsible for providing direction and supervision to assigned staff to ensure the consistency of standards so that services and related programs express the policies and procedures of Dilico and are within the legal framework of the Child and Family Services Act. The Alternative Care Manager in conjunction with Senior Management and other program Managers, will be responsible to ensure the implementation of integrated service delivery from the point of intake to discharge for all children, youth and families receiving services from Dilico.Qualifications and Requirements:Post‑secondary education with a combination of work‑related experience in Child Welfare.Two or more years' experience in Child WelfareDirect service experience with Anishinabek children and families.Ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Assistant Director of Support Services in relation to service requirements.Must possess a Class “G” Driver’s License and must have access to a reliable, personal vehicle.A Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector check is required upon hiring.Only those considered for an interview will be contacted.Dilico is committed to diversity in the workplace and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.Dilico gives preference to Anishinabek people. #J-18808-Ljbffr
