Commercial Real Estate Lawyer – Ontario Join gpac as an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer. This dynamic law firm seeks a candidate to manage a broad range of transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects, working closely with institutional and corporate clients to provide strategic legal advice. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Salary: $140,000 - $160,000+ (commensurate with experience) Location: Ontario, Canada Key Responsibilities Advise clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and due diligence. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and development-related contracts. Oversee complex transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, timely legal services. Contribute to firm‑wide growth initiatives and client development efforts as the firm continues to expand. Qualifications 5‑8 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law. Strong background with institutional clients or experience in a large or mid‑sized law firm. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
