Cohen Highley LLP is currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Real Estate Clerk to join our Kitchener office.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Law Clerk or similar program
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting seeing commercial real estate deals through from start to finish
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The right candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

  • Administration of commercial sales, purchases, and refinances
  • Private mortgage preparation
  • Reporting and billing
