Construction Equipment Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Equipment Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mixed construction fleet and manage the shop team responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance. This role will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all fleet maintenance activities, as well as ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance.
