**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from inception to completion in accordance with the project drawings and specifications;
- Support project managers in monitoring project progress and performance metrics;
- Ensure projects meet targets and objectives of profitability, quality, safety and schedule;
- Manage all aspects of the project including schedules, budget, labor, equipment, materials, safety and project performance;
- Prepare monthly project billings;
- Lead weekly/biweekly project site meetings;
- Conduct regular site reviews;
- Communicate regularly with clients, project owners, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Deal with all day-to-day correspondence and manage project paperwork;
- Responding to and resolving issues as they may arise;
- Manage all aspects of a construction project from pre-bid and contract negotiation through project close-out.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction project management of a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction project management: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
