As a transformative consultant, you will lead Capco’s Financial Services client’s transformation toward a more mature, efficient, and AI‑enabled QA capabilities, establishing governance frameworks, accelerating delivery of critical initiatives, and addressing capability gaps. Over time, you will embed standardized testing practices, lead end‑to‑end QA execution, and drive strategy, automation, training, and performance management through metric‑driven accountability, positioning QA as a value‑add function. This Montreal‑based bilingual role (French/English) is ideal for a results‑oriented leader with strong consulting experience, deep QA expertise, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while successfully delivering complex QA initiatives. You will lead and mentor QA managers and teams across Capco and the client, overseeing demand management, delivery performance, and contractual alignment. The successful candidate is self‑driven and entrepreneurial, skilled in identifying client needs, designing practical solutions, coaching teams, and acting as a trusted subject matter expert to build lasting client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery outcomes.
