Sound like your vibe? Let’s chat. We’re looking for a Sales & Service Specialist to help grow and strengthen our Empty Cup community beyond the cafe. You’ll be the relationship builder, customer champion, and connection maker who keeps our partners excited about what’s next. From managing our current accounts and ensuring every detail hits just right, to spotting opportunities for growth, you’ll help shape how Empty Cup shows up for the people and businesses who believe in us. What You’ll Do Keep our partners happy and thriving – you’re their go-to. Spot opportunities to grow current accounts and make every partnership stronger. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to bring campaigns, promotions, and projects to life. Stay ahead of trends through market research – understanding what’s happening in the coffee, retail, and hospitality space. Track account performance, solve challenges, and drive results with creativity and care. Who You Are 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with marketing, campaigns, or content creation is an asset. Natural drive to build relationships, help others succeed, and deliver exceptional experiences. Organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Curious, adaptable, and ready to move in a fast-paced and growing business. Strong communication skills, with a positive and team‑first attitude. Passionate about people, community, and making an impact.
