  • Repérer les clients éventuels, et diriger les clients ayant des besoins en matière de services bancaires aux particuliers ou des besoins plus complexes vers le personnel approprié.
  • Comprendre le marché local et développer de manière proactive des relations avec des centres d’influence.
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et fournir des renseignements exacts sur les produits et services des services bancaires aux entreprises.
  • Décomposer les problèmes stratégiques et analyser les données et les renseignements pour fournir des idées et des recommandations.
  • Effectuer la surveillance et le suivi du rendement et traiter les problèmes.
  • Concevoir et produire des rapports réguliers et ponctuels et des tableaux.
  • Coordonner la gestion des bases de données; veiller à ce que l’harmonisation et l’intégration des données respectent les normes en matière de gouvernance des données.
  • Élaborer des plans de gestion du changement de différents types et de différentes portées; diriger diverses activités de gestion du changement ou y participer, y compris l’évaluation de l’état de préparation, la planification, la gestion des parties prenantes, la réalisation, l’évaluation et le maintien des initiatives.
