Marketing Consultant - ContractThis role is focused on empowering a team to master podcast audience growth on Spotify, specifically targeting follower acquisition for a 15–20 minute startup discovery show. The consultant will deliver a comprehensive, brand-safe system for sustainable podcast growth, emphasizing knowledge transfer over a 4-week sprint. The engagement centers on building internal capability, with a strong focus on frameworks, analytics, attribution, and actionable reporting. The consultant will guide the team through best practices in podcast marketing, content distribution, and performance measurement, ensuring all strategies are repeatable and measurable.
