Overview Manager, Credit Card Operations – Community Trust Lead a team responsible for the back‑end operations of QuestBank's credit card portfolio. Oversee processes, vendor relationships, compliance and continuous improvement to ensure high‑quality service delivery and SLA compliance. Benefits Health & wellbeing resources and programs Paid vacation, personal and sick days Competitive compensation and benefits packages Hybrid work environment – at least 3 days in office Career growth and development opportunities Opportunities to contribute to community causes Diverse and inclusive team environment Responsibilities Oversee all back‑office operations for the credit card portfolio, ensuring accurate processing within established timelines (account maintenance, payment exceptions, statement corrections, complex account adjustments). Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows; monitor KPIs to meet SLA targets. Manage the case queue in Salesforce; act as escalation point for complex issues. Utilize and manage the HPS platform for core credit card servicing activities. Conduct governance meetings with outsourced vendors (Fraud, Disputes, Chargebacks); review performance dashboards and enforce contractual obligations. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Call Centre and IT to mitigate operational risks and implement changes. Lead, mentor and coach a team of credit card servicing specialists; conduct performance reviews and manage workforce planning. Serve as primary contact for outsourced partners; monitor SLAs and quality metrics; ensure effective use of VISA VROL platform. Ensure full compliance with Canadian federal regulations (Bank Act, FCAC, PCI DSS, AML, CTF, etc.) and internal risk framework. Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains; collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance HPS and Salesforce. Lead or participate in projects related to new product launches or system upgrades. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in credit card operations or related financial services in the Canadian market. At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience, preferably in a back‑end environment. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Demonstrated experience with credit card servicing platforms (HPS, Fiserv, TSYS). Proven experience managing outsourced vendors and functions, particularly Fraud, Disputes or Chargebacks. Additional Kudos Hands‑on experience with VISA VROL dispute management platform. Additional Information Required to be in office 3 days a week.
