Key Responsibilities1. Credit Operations & Portfolio ManagementManage credit line increases/decreases, account reviews, and risk-based adjustments using TSYS.Perform credit decisioning in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.Monitor customer credit behavior and take appropriate action on delinquency, over-limit usage, and account blocks.Support fraud, risk, and collections teams with TSYS data and account insights.Ensure accurate application of interest, fees, charges, and promotional programs.2. TSYS Platform ExpertiseExecute day-to-day activities on TSYS (TS2 or PRIME) including account setup, maintenance, payment posting, and dispute workflows.Utilize TSYS screens, TDFs, and operational modules to manage customer accounts.Identify system issues, escalate to TSYS/technology teams, and support testing for system enhancements.Work with internal teams to implement product changes, regulatory updates, and portfolio corrections.3. Operations SupportHandle cardholder servicing escalations related to credit, billing, payments, and authorizations.Validate and process manual adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, and account corrections.Reconcile payment files, batch jobs, and settlement activities.Support audit and compliance requests by producing TSYS reports and documentation.4. Process Improvement & ComplianceEnsure processes adhere to PCI-DSS, banking regulations, risk controls, and internal policies.Identify operational gaps and recommend workflow improvements.Maintain detailed documentation for SOPs and credit operations processes.Support implementation of new products, credit policies, and system enhancements.RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience4–8 years of experience in credit operations, card operations, or credit risk management.Hands-on experience with TSYS platforms (TS2, PRIME or VisionPlus) in an operational or credit management role.Strong understanding of credit lifecycle: onboarding, credit line management, billing, disputes, payments, and collections.Familiarity with card products (credit, charge cards), interest calculations, and fee structures.Ability to analyze TSYS reports and customer account data to support decision-making.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
