We implement and manage ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) in secure private, public or hybrid cloud environments and serve large corporations across diverse industries.We are seeking a SAP SD Lead Solution Architect [Wholesale Industry] to join our team.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/OTC processesAnalyze complex business processes and provide system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect operational requirementsMap requirements and processes; develop product changes to meet customer needsDesign the SD/LE module (document design, test scenarios, and results)Supervise configuration and testingIdentify gaps, problems, and alternativesAct as intermediary with the client for problem-solving: investigate, analyze and solve software-related problemsHandle urgent changes or transport for high-priority problems when necessaryProactively identify and deliver business process or system improvementsProvide consulting on new locations and existing support projectsContribute to ad hoc user training and support as neededQualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in SAP SD implementation projects (full cycles), support, design and configuration of SD module and OTC processes within the wholesale industryKnowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, Finance; EWM experience is a plus)Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and projectsExperience in wholesale-distribution industriesUnderstanding of accounting business processesExceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plusYou areDynamic, flexible, solution-orientedCollaborative, creative with innovative ideasAble to work in a focused team environment and interact effectively with othersMotivated and determined to succeedAutonomous with leadershipWhy Syntax?Join a company with exciting innovation projects, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud for Execution.
