Overview Title: SAP SD Lead Architect, Wholesale Industry Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for Mission Critical Enterprise Applications. We implement and manage ERP deployments (Oracle, SAP) in secure private, public or hybrid cloud environments and serve large corporations across diverse industries. We are seeking a SAP SD Lead Solution Architect (Wholesale Industry) to join our team. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD/OTC processes Analyze complex business processes and provide system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect operational requirements Map requirements and processes; develop product changes to meet customer needs Design the SD/LE module (document design, test scenarios, and results) Supervise configuration and testing Identify gaps, problems, and alternatives Act as intermediary with the client for problem-solving: investigate, analyze and solve software-related problems Handle urgent changes or transport for high-priority problems when necessary Proactively identify and deliver business process or system improvements Provide consulting on new locations and existing support projects Contribute to ad hoc user training and support as needed Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in SAP SD implementation projects (full cycles), support, design and configuration of SD module and OTC processes within the wholesale industry Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, Finance; EWM experience is a plus) Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and projects Experience in wholesale-distribution industries Understanding of accounting business processes Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a plus You are Dynamic, flexible, solution-oriented Collaborative, creative with innovative ideas Able to work in a focused team environment and interact effectively with others Motivated and determined to succeed Autonomous with leadership Why Syntax?
