Proof of education will be required at time of interview. EXPERIENCE IN:EX1: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products and Windows 11 operating systemEX2: Recent experience with troubleshooting and supporting Android and iPhone devicesEX3: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting personal computer hardware.EX4: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting networking devices and supporting equipment.EX5: Recent experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting security cameras or IoT devices.EX6: Recent experience working in an IT Helpdesk capacity or similar frontline customer service.
