Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize your expertise to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized, evidence‑based therapy plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care. Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all regulatory standards. Engage in Continuous Learning: Stay ahead in your field by participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Educate and Empower Clients: Provide clients and their families with effective strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life. We Offer Competitive compensation Paid orientation & mentoring opportunities Company provided laptop for electronic documentation Virtual care when appropriate based on client needs Education And Experience Post Secondary School: Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech‑Language Pathology. Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech‑Language Pathologists required. Three years’ experience providing Speech‑Language Pathology services preferred. Experience completing in‑home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and legal system is an asset particularly medical/legal report writing. Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments. Strong communication (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal and decision‑making skills. Demonstrate basic knowledge of personal computers, and proficiency with secure email. Valid driver’s license.
