Regional Sales and Business Representative Join to apply for the Regional Sales and Business Representative role at Mafna Air Technologies Inc. Pay Range Base pay: CA$45,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr Position Overview Mafna Air Technologies Inc., a Canadian leader in custom-built Air Handling and HVAC solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Representative operating out of New York. The role will drive business growth, build long‑term client relationships, and promote advanced HVAC solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand client base and increase market share. Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Assess client needs, prepare custom proposals, and recommend tailored HVAC solutions. Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations. Prepare and manage sales contracts, quotations, and cost estimates for installations and maintenance. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications. Create and maintain marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content. Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Supervise and support a small team (3–4 people) in achieving departmental objectives. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related services. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Experience with AHU component software or similar technical tools is an asset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and a team‑oriented mindset with a client‑first attitude.
