Philanthropy is a critical source of funding for SickKids, one of the world’s largest and most respected child health-care centres, treating more than 100,000 patients a year while driving research advances and providing training to the next generation of health-care leaders. Established in 1972, SickKids Foundation (The Foundation) raises funds on behalf of SickKids in Toronto and is the largest charitable funder of child health research, learning, and care in Canada. The Foundation’s vision is simple, yet ambitious: Healthier Children. Last year, the Foundation officially concluded the SickKids VS Limits Campaign, raising a record $1.p>

The Foundation is now embarking on a bold and new ambitious Comprehensive Campaign to bring to life the vision of Precision Child Health (PCH), a multi-year transformation of medical care from a one-size-fits-all approach to individualized, targeted care that ensures no child is left behind. The Campaign will be unprecedented in the history of Canadian philanthropy and will usher in the next generation of paediatric care, in Toronto and globally. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Vice President, Campaign is a key member of the Development Team and the Senior Management Team and is fully responsible for all aspects of this new and historic Campaign. p>

The Vice President, Campaign will serve as the external face and champion for the Campaign, while managing a small portfolio of prospects and donors with a focus on $5M+ gifts. In addition to overseeing the management of the Campaign Cabinet, the Vice President, Campaign will support key volunteers and work closely with SickKids leadership with a focus on expanding and diversifying the Foundation’s donor base and donation pipeline globally.
