About the role: Area Manager II As an Area Manager, you will mentor, support, and motivate your hourly team members throughout their shifts. Your role will involve overseeing key areas such as safety, attendance, quality, and productivity, ensuring smooth operations across Amazon’s fulfillment network. You’ll also collaborate closely with teams including Safety, Engineering, HR, and Quality Assurance to develop strategic plans that drive business performance. This is a fast-paced role that requires stamina—expect to stand/walk up to 12 hours, lift up to 49 lbs, and work in variable temperature environments.
