You will provide consulting and technical architecture design on projects implementing Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions to life sciences customers. You will act as a customer advocate, working closely with Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to ensure customer success both today and in the future. This is a remote, full-time permanent role; qualified U.S. and Canada–based applicants near an airport and able to travel are encouraged to apply.What You’ll DoProvide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems implementation, Vault R&D product suite, Vault Platform, technical design, and SaaS implementation best practicesDesign and implement cloud-based integrationsDesign and provide expertise for the development of custom applicationsImplement Java-based solutions using the Vault Java SDKManage integration and development projects and resourcesContribute to the professional services knowledge baseDevelop internal and external tools to help customers and consultantsPartner with other parts of the organization to deliver technical presentations and evangelize the value of Veeva’s solutionRequirements7+ years of experience with integration architecture, design, and development for enterprise/cloud software (e.g., Salesforce.com, SAP, Workday) or document/content management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum)7+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience5+ years of development experience in Java, .NET, Python, C#, or C++Experience building cloud/SaaS solutions using REST APIsProven track record presenting to senior management and executives as a subject matter expertExperience leading and mentoring team membersExcellent presentation skillsExperience with SDLC processesAbility to articulate integration design patternsAbility to travel up to 10%Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the United States or CanadaNice to HaveExperience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industryExperience with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety processesProject management experience for enterprise software implementationsExperience with GxP regulations and software validationDocument/Data migration experienceProduct Manager experienceExperience with source code control systemsAWS tools such as Lambda and EC2Perks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insurancePTO and company-paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: CAD 100,000 - 145,000Salary range shown complies with local regulations and may vary by experience and location.
