You will be responsible for project delivery, solution proposal creation, customization, integration, and delivering business outcomes. Deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft M365 projects, focusing on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI solutions. Provide technical leadership and support for customers in complex cloud environments. Collaborate with sales, services, vendor partners, and customers across presales, design, implementation, and support. Work closely with the professional services team, partners, and subcontractors. Deliver projects, assessments, roadmaps, health checks, workshops, and white‑boarding sessions. Mentor and learn from other subject‑matter experts. Participate in advanced staging, configuration, and installation activities. Ensure vendor compliance strategies and certifications are met. Limited travel to attend events and support customers, promoting Insight values. Advance your career with continuous learning, promotions, and growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of M365 delivery and design architecture experience. 5+ years of technical consulting experience in a customer‑facing role. Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects. Proven experience with billable and utilization expectations. BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 best practices, including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Purview, Entra ID, cloud migrations, security, and SharePoint.
