What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Strategically plan and oversee the development stages of projects
  2. Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project demands

  4. Collaborate with other technical project managers on resource planning and team building

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. BS degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent industry experience
  2. Minimum of 2 years of software engineering manager experience
  3. Experience with agile project management methodologies such as scrum and kanban
  4. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Go
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. 2+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry
  2. Knowledge of REST API environments, Git, and SQL
  3. Willingness to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  4. Experience interacting with diverse teams of varying complexity
