If you take pride in disciplined bookkeeping, working with precision, and ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant, we’d love to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIESSet up a chart of accounts for income and expense tracking (management company & owners)Perform Stripe reconciliation of batch depositsRecord and classify all financial activities (general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, bank/credit card charges)Generate monthly financial reports (FS, P&L, BS)Perform regular bank and account reconciliationsGenerate and distribute accurate statements for property ownersManage Canadian quarterly tax filings (GST, PST, MRDT), ensuring compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulationsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldAdvanced accounting knowledge with high competency in QuickBooks OnlineMinimum of 5 years’ experience working with short-term rentals in CanadaPreferred:Experience setting up and managing STR accounts from inceptionStrong ability to develop systems for accuracy and accountabilityCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSHourly Wage: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience and achievement.Benefits:Flexible, remote work scheduleProfessional, supportive work environmentOpportunity to contribute directly to a growing luxury brandSchedule: Flexible, approximately 3–5 hours per week (initial setup may require more) #J-18808-Ljbffr
