Apply now and take your sales career to the next levelResponsibilitiesFoster strong relationships with retailersProvide coaching to Sales RepresentativesConduct pre-scheduled training sessions weeklyProvide Sales Assists at locations weeklyGather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived in the marketPlan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups can demonstrate product knowledge and have necessary product knowledge and trainingEnsure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report backSupport Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the marketResolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presenceProvide feedback to Regional Field Manager and clientSupport Go to Market planning and promotional activities in the fieldSet up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programsProvide strategic input to help leverage the client brandMerchandising executionTraining facilitation at trade show events as neededRequirementsFluent in English both written and verbalExcellent communication skills, written and verbalDemonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quicklyRecent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an assetSales experience in home appliances is an assetDemonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sectorPrevious formal training experience (instructor or trainer)Previous durable good or high-value retail Sales experienceOutbound sales representative experienceExperience as Field Sales RepresentativePrior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectivesAvailable to travel within the market (must love being on the road)Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesAdvertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
