Everything we do is made in consideration of people, of the planet and of our space. About This Role You will be part of the Winnipeg team at 1485 Portage Avenue. This is a full‑time position (Monday – Sunday), responsible for helping clients bring their dream spaces to life. Actively listen to clients to identify their needs and guide them through product selections. Develop rapport and schedule in‑home, virtual, and in‑store consults. Provide individualized design solutions using 2D/3D floor plans and mood boards. Maintain company standards and track orders through completion. What You Bring To The Table Experience selling in a retail environment, including commission‑based sales and meeting targets. Proficiency in retail operations and systems (POS, Microsoft Office). Strong design instincts and creative thinking; formal education is a plus. Strong self‑motivation, organization, and persuasive communication skills.
