This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from any of our Community Hubs in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Brossard, Laval, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, or Vancouver. Team & Job Overview: The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group under the CIO is responsible for delivering secure, reliable digital experiences and driving EDC’s 2030 transformation. The Digital Delivery Salesforce, Sales Enablement & Automation (SEA) team seeks a Manager to build effective platforms and delivery processes that support strategic technology vision. Design, develop, support and operate SEA processes with a focus on process automation. Oversee end‑to‑end transformation life‑cycle, managing risks, dependencies, scope, budget and contracts. Lead a people‑management role, fostering strong alignment between business and technology teams. Guide strategic approach to process automation and alignment with the corporate strategy and digital roadmap. Champion scalable, maintainable, and secure development practices and engineer practices such as code reviews, architectural decisions and CI/CD pipeline health. Drive delivery across multiple projects, prioritizing, unblocking, meeting timelines and maintaining budgets. Maintain vendor relationships and manage vendor contracts. Work closely with Product, Design and Business teams to align on goals, scope and timelines. Help build and manage the SEA team delivery budget (headcount, cloud/tooling, consultants and vendor contracts). Qualifications: Post‑secondary degree in Engineering, Business or related field. Minimum 10 years’ hands‑on experience in process automation technology. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Delivery Manager or equivalent role, managing technical staff or project teams. Experience leading and inspiring diverse, cross‑functional teams with inclusive culture. Advanced knowledge of AI and particularly Agentic AI. Knowledge of integration services. Managed a delivery budget end‑to‑end (headcount, tooling) for a product team. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Bilingual in English and French.
