Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne motivée et expérimentée pour jouer un rôle essentiel dans la gestion et la supervision des activités financières de l'entreprise.

C'est une opportunité idéale pour une personne qui souhaite évoluer vers un poste de direction.


Responsabilités:
  • Processus complet de la comptabilité (de la facturation des projets à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et de fin d'année)
  • Vérification de l'intégralité et de l'imputation des données comptables et de paie
  • Contrôle des coûts et de profitabilité des projets
  • Supervision et direction de l'équipe de comptabilité: organisation du travail, évaluation de la performance, formation, etc.
  • Production de divers rapports internes et externes
  • Assistance à l'implantation d'outils technologiques et divers projets spéciaux
  • Supervision de la préparation des états financiers mensuels et annuels
  • Assurance du respect des politiques comptables et des contrôles internes
  • Assurance de la gestion efficace du processus de fin d'année tant en ce qui concerne les analyses de comptes que le dossier de vérification
  • Participation active au processus budgétaire: encadrement, analyses financières et préparation
  • Participation active à tout changement ou amélioration de nos logiciels comptables ou opérationnels

Qualifications requises:
  • Titulaire du titre de CPA (Comptable professionnel agrée)
  • Expérience minimum de sept ans dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience en implantation de systèmes ERP (atout important)
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel (avancé) et forte connaissance de divers outils informatiques
  • Connaissance du Power Query, Power BI (atout)
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics GP (atout important)
  • Excellente maitrise du français (l'anglais est un atout)
