With people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high‑potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia — while enjoying one yourself.RoleWork with Business Support partners to lead the day‑to‑day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.Partner with Technical Development to develop the highest quality product in alignment with the creative vision and defined standards, using industry‑leading practices.Contribute to establishing the approach for world‑class leather goods production at Aritzia.Understand our assortment & business to build a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth.Negotiate the best possible production lead‑times without compromising quality.Negotiate the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead‑times.Ensure world‑class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost‑effective products.QualificationsProven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in apparel and accessories production and product component timeline and costing negotiation.A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles.The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners.A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.CompensationThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year. The final agreed‑upon salary may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
