We are currently looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented problem-solver Production Merchandiser to join our team in Vancouver, BC.

R**esponsibilities**:

- Regularly monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely delivery with accurate quality and quantities.
- Manage production timelines and flag any risks or delays to relevant teams.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure materials are received on time and meet production requirements.
- Assist in generating purchase orders.
- Coordinate with factories and vendors to track production progress and resolve any issues.
- Oversee the sampling process, from approval to delivery, ensuring all samples meet brand standards and deadlines.
- Ensure quality control checks are conducted at all stages of production and address any discrepancies or defects.
- Organize samples in the office and ensure that sample delivery timelines are met.
- Follow up on damage reports and work with relevant teams to address product issues.
- Other departmental tasks as assigned.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to maintain timelines and meet critical deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction, and quality control is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Keen interest in fashion, denim, streetwear, and luxury brands.
