If you’re driven by innovation, excited by cutting‑edge technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.What you’ll do:Develop and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints.Plan and procure raw materials, components, and sub‑assemblies to support the production schedule.Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.Inventory cycle counting and reconciliation.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business objectives.Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, material availability, and inventory status.Participate in cross‑functional teams to resolve production and material‑related issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems — Epicor experience is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.Bonus points if you have:Experience in the robotics or automation industry.APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.Why you'll love working here:Work with innovative robotics technology that’s shaping the future of autonomous cleaning.Grow alongside a fast‑expanding company with exciting career development opportunities.Collaborate with a global team and be part of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workforce.Access comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and wellness coverage.Thrive in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter.About AvidbotsAvidbots is a leader in autonomous cleaning solutions, transforming the way commercial and industrial spaces maintain cleanliness.
