Client Acquisition Lead (CAL) Hybrid role based in Canada with offices in Montreal, Mississauga, or Calgary/Edmonton. About the Role We are seeking a driven and strategic Client Acquisition Lead to fuel Insight’s Services growth by creating new Services clients across Canada. This individual contributor focuses on whitespace and unassigned accounts, landing the first Services engagement and transitioning the account to the Account Executive and Client Solutions Lead for long-term ownership and expansion. As a Client Acquisition Lead You Will Identify and engage whitespace and unassigned accounts to initiate the first Services project. Drive net-new client acquisition through funded pilots, assessments, and workshops. Transition newly landed accounts to AE and CSE teams for continued growth and relationship management. Collaborate with sales and solution teams to align client needs with Insight’s Services offerings. Ensure consistent pipeline development and conversion of new logos into long-term clients. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the tech or services industry. Strong understanding of whitespace strategy and services-led selling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and results.
