Client Acquisition Lead (CAL) Location: Hybrid role based in Canada in one of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, Mississauga, Ontario or Calgary/Edmonton, Alberta. This individual contributor role is focused on whitespace and unassigned accounts, landing the first Services engagement—whether a funded pilot, assessment, or workshop—and transitioning the account to the Account Executive (AE) and Client Solutions Lead (CSL) for long-term ownership and expansion. As a Client Acquisition Lead You Will Identify and engage whitespace and unassigned accounts to initiate the first Services project. Drive net-new client acquisition through funded pilots, assessments, and workshops. Transition newly landed accounts to AE and CSE teams for continued growth and relationship management. Collaborate with sales and solution teams to align client needs with Insight’s Services offerings. Ensure consistent pipeline development and conversion of new logos into long-term clients. En tant que responsable de l'acquisition de clients, vous devrez Identifiez et engagez les espaces blancs et les comptes non attribués pour lancer le premier projet de services. Favorisez l'acquisition de nouveaux clients grâce à des projets pilotes, des évaluations et des ateliers financés. Transférer les comptes nouvellement reçus aux équipes AE et CSE pour une croissance continue et la gestion des relations. Collaborez avec les équipes de vente et de solutions pour aligner les besoins des clients sur les offres de services d'Insight. Assurez le développement cohérent du pipeline et la conversion des nouveaux logos en clients à long terme. Solide compréhension de la stratégie des espaces blancs et de la vente axée sur les services. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et collaborative au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles. Excellentes compétences en communication et en établissement de relations. Esprit d’entreprise axé sur l'exécution et les résultats.
