We are looking for someone with a strong background in the Microsoft Windows stack on the Enterprise to assist with the migration and integration of some newly acquired businesses into the Firm. The candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a globally distributed team.Ensure that the solutions we develop meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.Ensure that we meet the business’s expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.Sustain existing systems by providing level-3 support to help investigate and identify the root cause for escalated issues.Must Have Skills Set:
  1. Deep technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10/11/Server 2019.
  2. Expertise with SCCM OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts.
  3. Experience with Windows 10/11 Intune Modern Management.
  4. Extensive experience with Enterprise workloads migration to the cloud such as network drives content to Microsoft OneDrive for Business.
  5. Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.
  6. Experience designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  7. Ability to author technical and operational management documentation including design and support docs, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc.
Desired Skills Set:
  1. Experience with Microsoft Always-on-VPN.
  2. Understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them.
