We are currently seeking experienced, detail-oriented Site Time Administrators to join our Field Services division. This key role will provide timekeeping and administrative support for our Cenovus Turnaround in Lloydminster. The selected candidate(s) will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of timekeeping tasks, vital for the project's success.

We specialize in the fabrication of pressure vessel components, heat exchangers, custom steel products and pipe spools. In addition, we provide shutdown and full-scale maintenance services for refineries and petrochemical plants.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability labour, equipment, and materials transactions into Edmonton Exchanger SAP system data into various customer systems to worker inquiries with new employee onboarding process and entering HR/payroll information administrative support as required reporting as required

Qualifications of 2 years of experience as a timekeeper or project accountant on an industrial site attention to detail data entry skills to advanced level Excel verbal and written communication skills problem solving and analytical skills to work with minimal supervision pass pre-access drug and alcohol test ability to prioritize with Building Trades Unions an asset

Work Schedule hours vary depending on the site and phase of the project: and post- shutdown hours are typically 10 hour shifts. Cenovus is currently working a 10 on and 4 off rotation until the start of the Turnaround. shutdowns typical hours are 10 to 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week
