OverviewProduction Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector - 2nd Shift - Temporary — This role supports the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and for visually inspecting garments to identify the need for proactive repairs (e.g., patching holes or tears). Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; meeting or exceeding a production standard for hanging garments can affect compensation.ResponsibilitiesSafely and accurately hang customer garments on hangers.Visually inspect garments to identify repairs needed (e.g., patches for holes or tears).Maintain cleanliness of the work area.Meet or exceed production standards for hanging garments to qualify for incentive pay.Qualifications / SkillsMust adhere to attendance policy.Must be willing to work near others in a safe proximity for extended periods.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.Physical:Requires standing for most of shift.Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to station for folding.Physical Qualifications, With Or Without Reasonable AccommodationStanding for most of shift.Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.Possibility to push carts or bins with bulk or linen products.How You Will Be EvaluatedThe selection process may include: application and resume review, interviews, and job tryout.
