About the Opportunity

Located in Edmonton, Alberta and reporting to the Director, Canada, the Alberta Provincial Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government, education partners, and community agencies, managing third-party agreements, and meeting funder deliverables. p>

Manage and oversee the Roots of Empathy and Seeds of Empathy programs throughout Alberta.Achieve annual performance targets established by the Director, Canada.Collect and manage data from communities and develop Roots of Empathy and Seeds of Empathy program reports for the province and funders, as required.Monitor progress and provide weekly updates on the status of program plans, contracts, and agreements to the Director, Canada.Supervise local program coordinators that support program planning and delivery in Alberta.Act as the senior Roots of Empathy and Seeds of Empathy representative in Alberta and bring forward provincial needs/issues to the Director, Canada.Oversee the coordination of annual Roots of Empathy training projections to meet provincial targets and diversify new Instructor profiles within school boards.
