What you’ll do Greet donors, guests, and partners with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit feels special. Manage a busy reception desk – answering calls, directing inquiries, and coordinating visitor check‑ins with care and discretion. Organize meeting room bookings and logistics for internal and external engagements, keeping everything running smoothly. Oversee mail, packages, and courier arrangements, and maintain office and kitchen supplies to support daily operations. Collaborate with teams across the Foundation to support donor visits, recognition events, and cross‑functional initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance visitor management and office efficiency. What you bring Certificate or diploma in a related field such as hospitality, administration or business. Minimum three years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally in healthcare, nonprofit, or donor‑focused settings. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools (Outlook, Teams), and familiarity with CRM or donor management systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour. Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Proven ability to handle sensitive interactions with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality. An affinity for our values – Think Big, Step Up, and Lead with Heart. Please note that this role is required to be in the office full‑time, five days a week. The hiring range for this position is between $51,070 to $57,000.
