You may be on-call 24/7 for after-hours emergency work.Job Posted by ApplicantProNote: This posting may include location and posting date details typical of job boards.ResponsibilitiesAccepts direction from the Lead Hand, Lead Water Technician, Lead Carpenter, and more experienced co-workers.Participates in good housekeeping to maintain a safe, organized, non-cluttered workplace and minimize cross-contamination.Learns and practices correct procedures, especially for environmental work.Adheres to company policy on acceptable standards at customer sites (e.g., smoking policy).Demonstrates good manners and professional attitude toward property owners, occupants, co-workers, and sub-contractors.On-call availability for after-hours emergency work (24/7).Directs customer questions or concerns to the most senior company person at the job site.Looks out for and assists co-workers.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; experience in construction or restoration preferred.Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred.Ability to pass a background check.Availability for scheduled on-call and after-hours shifts.Valid Driver's License (no restrictions).Ability to perform physical labor, handle materials, climb ladders, wear a respirator, and work in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces).Are you able to work independently?
