For our Clinicians, our focus is on providing a respectful, rich, fulfilling, and collaborative environment.Our three clinics are conveniently located in the South Mississauga, Financial District of Toronto, and Corktown/Durand area of Hamilton. We offer comprehensive outpatient services that focus on assessment and treatment/management for addictions, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, ADHD, and more. Our clinics address diverse issues across various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.About YouAs a key member of our dynamic team, you'll have the chance to:Conduct in-depth psychoeducational assessments and treatment, tailoring interventions to each individual's needs.Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Child and Adult Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, and Psychometrists for comprehensive client care.Stay at the forefront of psychology, utilizing progressive methodologies to enhance assessment and treatment efficacy.RequirementsMinimum eligibility includes:M.A., Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical PsychologyMember in good standing with the Ontario College of Psychologists (CPO)Declared competency in the areas of Clinical Psychology (Child and Adolescents) with no restrictions on license to practiceDeclared competence in Assessment/Evaluation/InterventionDemonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis and formulation, consultation; knowledge of typical and atypical lifespan development; experience with a broad range of psychometric tools and principles; and statistical knowledgeDemonstrated experience working with children, and experience participating on an interdisciplinary teamExcellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skillsProficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applicationsA stable high-speed internet connection, a private home office, and the ability to conduct tele-therapy sessions are mandatory if working remotelyThe successful candidate must provide an acceptable Vulnerable Sector ScreeningA strong understanding of occupational stress injuries is an assetBenefitsWhy us?Impactful Work: As a member of our clinic, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
