Client Service Representative - St. Catharines, ON We’re building a relationship‑oriented bank for the modern world and need talented, passionate professionals who are dedicated to doing what’s right for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast‑paced Banking Center, using your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with day‑to‑day banking needs. You’ll answer questions, assist with transactions, and proactively connect clients with the right team members. You’ll need to be on‑site full‑time and be flexible to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple centers within a reasonable travel distance. How You’ll Succeed Client engagement – help clients manage accounts and products, focus on the client experience, and connect them to the right CIBC team members. Problem solving – listen, ask questions, act like an owner, take accountability for client issues, and collaborate for better solutions. Leveraging technology – become a technology expert, introduce clients to mobile banking apps, and help them manage their banking needs.
